Youth Justice and Criminal Evidence Act 1999

Provides special measures for vulnerable and intimidated witnesses: screens, live-link evidence, video-recorded evidence-in-chief, intermediaries, and communication aids. Also restricts cross-examination by the accused in person in certain cases.
