Protection of Freedoms Act 2012

Provides for the destruction of DNA profiles and fingerprints, regulates CCTV and surveillance camera use, creates a code of practice for surveillance cameras, restricts wheel clamping on private land, and established the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
