Who the Learn section is for

Recruits on any of the four entry routes, students on a professional policing degree, and serving officers preparing for the sergeants' or inspectors' exam or the National Investigators' Examination.

The Learn section sets out the route into policing in England and Wales, the selection process, the ten units every recruit covers, the promotion and investigators' examinations, and the aide-memoires officers are taught in their first weeks.

Each page names the College of Policing, SFJ Awards, Skills England or legislation.gov.uk document it was written from and the date it was read. Exam dates and pass rates are refreshed in the monthly review.
